Getting here
Tram, bicycle, car
- Tram and bus
- Albertplatz, five minutes on foot: tram lines 3, 6, 7, 8, 11 and the night buses. From the Hauptbahnhof, line 3 or 8 takes about twelve minutes.
- Bicycle
- Two stands directly beside the entrance, under the arch and out of the rain. The Elbe cycle path is four minutes away.
- Car
- The street is a residents' parking zone (Bewohnerparken) with very few visitor spaces; please do not plan on finding one. The Parkhaus Neustädter Markt is a five-minute walk and costs about €1.50 an hour.

Access
Accessibility, described honestly
The building is from 1903 and not everything about it is accessible. What is true:
The entrance from the Hoyerswerdaer Strasse is step-free: the threshold is flush with the pavement and the door is 92 cm wide.
The practice and the treatment room are on the ground floor. There are no steps anywhere inside.
The treatment table is height-adjustable and can be lowered to 47 cm for transfers.
The WC is not wheelchair-accessible: the door is 78 cm wide and there is no lateral transfer space. We are sorry — the building does not allow us to change this.
There is no induction loop. The room is quiet and we are happy to speak facing you; please tell us at booking if that helps.
A companion, an assistance dog or an interpreter is welcome and costs nothing extra. We do not sign.
If stairs, transfers or travel are the obstacle, a home visit is often the better answer.
